Rice Flour Loaf

This loaf is made without gluten.


Rice flour base flavoured with quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth flours, along with mashed potato.


Regular tin loaf.

Serving suggestions

We like to think this is a good option just simply as fresh bread for the first day or two.  Will keep well due to the mashed potato.  Slice it first.  A great option for sandwiches for the first two days before moving on to toast and grilling.  Store in the freezer and toast, or grill it straight from frozen.
