Turkish Bap

A soft, light bread roll made from Turkish pide dough.


A light sourdough and olive oil taste.  Available plain, seeded or with cheese.  The plain options are either floured (vegan) or have an egg wash.

Serving suggestions

Floured baps are great for filled sandwiches and hamburger buns with the light dough and smaller size.  The cheese & seeded baps are delicious eaten fresh off the shelf – so soft & moist, there’s no need for butter!


NZ-grown wheat flour, vitamin (folic acid), water, olive oil, salt, yeast.  The seeded and plain baps are dairy-free.  The floured baps are vegan.
